A 5-day, SEL-forward, play-based camp where kids practice emotional literacy, coping skills, and healthy relationship-building—without feeling like they’re “in therapy.” Led by trained staff in a safe, supervised environment, this camp is designed especially for children whose caregivers work in helping professions or high-stress roles.
Ideal for:
Children of healthcare workers, first responders, and public servants
Kids navigating stress, transitions, or caregiver burnout at home
Families connected to hospitals, county agencies, or community partners
Program highlights:
Daily “Feelings Lab” with art, music, and gentle movement
Team-building games that model cooperation and communication
Nature walks and mindfulness-in-motion activities
Closing “Family Showcase” with simple practices families can use at home
You’ll walk away with (for families):
A take-home toolkit with age-appropriate activities and reflection prompts
Shared language for talking about feelings and stress as a family
Connection to follow-up mental health navigation if needed
Space is limited to keep groups small and safe.
